Coach Monroe, an active college coach and former All American Fastpitch Player has developed many successful high school and college softball players. His focus on proper Pitching Mechanics, correct spin and mental approach to the position is what separates him from most instructors in the area.

Coach Cardoza, also a former player, spent 25yrs as the hitting instructor for Merced Jr. College Baseball and has coached softball at the high school, travel ball and college level. Many recognize Coach Cardoza as one of the top hitting instructors in the area.

Coach Barton is currently an assistant coach at Los Banos high school, 2022 WAC conference champions. He's also coached Travel Ball at Bases Academy starting at 10u thru 18u. He's currently the head coach of the Bases Academy 16u college prep team. Coach Barton is now accepting entry level pitchers, looking to learn the foundation of the pitching mechanics.
